This Zuo sofa has really exceeded our expectations. I'm looking for a cozy seating area for my compact living room and finally found it. It is beautiful yet very sturdy. The 2 piece Windsor arrived free of damage, and looked exactly as displayed on the photo. They look amazing in our house now. And we didn't believe the price. My entire family was very pleased with the sofa and love seat. The delivery was 1 week late though, but not a big deal given other good stuff.

Super chic. Fits perfectly in my living room. An absolute eye-catcher that has reaped much praise. The sofas also provide a good seating comfort. The leather is nice and makes a durable impression. Time will tell whether this is so. The sofa set is now my absolute favorite. It is comfortable, not soft and provides good back support.
We've been waiting for something like this. It fits nicely with our oak floor in dark brown. We think it's beautiful, and I especially like its shape and modern style. The only downside is it took 7 weeks for the shipment.
This is a great Sofa, with the modern design and white color my wife and I love. The price was outstanding - this is top grain leather! It's a little larger than it looks on the picture, but still fits perfectly in our small condo. took about 2 hours to put together. I didn't ask for white glove delivery - I was being frugal, and I regret too bit because I had to carry the heavy boxes myself with another guy.
This is my first time ordering a sofa online. I was nervous and scared... However, this product turned out to be so high end looking. The color is white, which is perfect for my living room. The product was easy to put together. At such a low price, the sofa DOES NOT LOOK CHEAP AT ALL. With a personal re-appointment with the trucking delivery company, I got the delivery all in compact cardboard boxes, that fit through any door of the house. Visually, the sofa was appealing and looked quite classy. I tested sitting on them (I didn’t find a similar sofa in a physical store to sit on) and felt quite comfortable because the cushions aren’t too hard nor too soft. Initially it was a little bit strange because I felt the seat was a bit too deep, probably I had been so used to my old sofa. After a while, I seemed to prefer the deep seat because I could really lay back in the couch. Low price aside, this is a great sofa and I want to spread my words with the highest rating of five stars.

I was pretty disappointed about the delivery - the sofa arrived 2 week late. But the bottom line is I found the love seat was ripped on the bottom. I filed complaints and received a partial refund.

I was looking for models that are rarely offered in the most furniture chains in my area, and usually only available from costly designer pieces made by specialists. I spent quite some time on the internet and finally found one in delight with this retailer. Because of the lower price than those I can get from a brick-mortar furniture store, I took the risk to order the sofa without a personal view and test it out only on the basis of the description and photos. It turned out it was a great buy. Incredible sofa! The service was also good – a friendly lady, Helen, was able to contribute further information on the sofa, and for shipping. The shipment was carried out in 8 weeks (a bit long but that’s OK, because I went to Laz Boy and learned from its sales rep it would take Laz Boy 10-12 weeks to get my purchase). Besides, she told me upfront of the delivery time, no complaints!
For a few months already, I've been a satisfied owner of the Brooklyn sofa set. The workmanship and feel are excellent. The contact with the store was easy and totally professional. Best purchase in a long time. It’s absolutely fashion and chic. I'm looking forward to the jealous faces this Saturday evening! :)

When receiving the delivery, I had a problem of how to assemble it and it took some while, which wasn’t a fun. The sofa itself is good though. It fits the room quite well in fairness. The price is great. It’s been here for a couple of months and I used leather lotion twice and found I could clean it easily without much hassle. I give it 4 stars.
We bought the Valentino sofa as a supplement to our existing sofa in the living room. The design is simple yet elegant. We have been so pleased about the leather material that it is very soft and warm. The delivery took longer time than we expected, however the packaging was very protective. Great performance/price ratio.

It's been 2 weeks now and we use this sofa every day. My wife thinks it's so comfortable - she is in the 3rd trimester. Thank you!

The black & white sofas are everything we wanted them to be. We have received many compliments from guests "where did you get them from?" On a less positive note, though, the waiting time was a bit long - seven weeks. Still one of the best purchases we've ever made.

Generally speaking, it is good, nice appearance and well functional. it’s nicely built, but because it is not genuine leather, you don’t get the feel that you can expect from leather upholstery. And the price reflects it. We are living in a condo, so the reclining sofa is good for several years until we move into our own house. But the housing market now...

The sofas look absolutely cool and so contemporary. The cushion material is comfortable, pretty much holds up to my weight and I don't have the feeling of sinking in. The color is slightly different from the picture. The delivery took 6 weeks. Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars. This said, I had a great experience given the nice product and great price...would recommend this website to anybody who look for good quality well designed furniture, as long as you don't need one in a hurry.
